With an additional cost if your entry is before the Check In time.
Guarantee Policy:
At the moment of reservation, a credit card will be requested as a guarantee in case of No – show.
Upon arrival, guests are requested to provide a guarantee either in cash or credit card, which will be associated to your stay and will be released upon Check Out.
Important information: It is necessary to consider that some banks may take up to 72 hours to release a withholding and up to 5 days if the payment of your stay is made with a different card than the guarantee.
Child Policy:
Up to 2-years old is allowed with no cost, sharing the room with the parents.
Exchange rate:
Our dollar will be calculated based on the exchange rate existing upon Check In, established by the Hotel.
Cancellation Policies:
7 nights Rate , 24 hours before check in 100% of the stay
More than 7 nights Rate, 72hrs before check in 50% of the stay
More than 28 nights Rate, 7 days before check in 50% of the stay
Arrival Policies:
All guests (children and adults) must present their identification (identity card or passport) when Checking In, otherwise they will be unable to register.
Check Out:
11:00 am (midday)
Late Check Out:
If the guest leaves the room after the established time an additional cost will be charged.
No-Show Policies:
If the guest fails to arrive the day of the Check In, one night of accommodation will be charged.
Taxes:
Values are applied 18% IVA (tax) nevertheless, foreign guests non - resident in Perú, who pay in dollars or international credit cards and present their migration card and passport upon Check In will be exempted to pay this tax.
Non – Smoking Property:
USD250 fine for violation of Law N° 28.705, existing in Peru.
